We invite researchers and practitioners to submit electronically their 1-2 page extended abstracts for possible conference presentations. Those who submit abstracts will be notified regarding whether a presentation based on the abstract can be scheduled for the conference

The normal time for submission of extended abstracts is August 15, 2007.However it may be possible to include a limited number of late submissions in the programme until September 15, 2007. Early submissions are encouraged. A letter of acceptance will be sent by September 30, 2007. Extended abstracts should be written in English and should not exceed 2 pages of single column format and should contain the following information in PDF file (only PDF file is submittable). Extended abstracts should be prepared in LaTeX format. LaTeX macros can be obtained by clicking on the style file ncp07.sty and the macro/example file ncp07Example.tex.

All accepted extended abstracts will be published in a booklet. These will be distributed to participants at the Registration Desk.

The conference facilities will have projectors for presenting material from a laptop computer, as well as overhead projectors.
